品飲筆記：杯中先是紅櫻桃與野草莓的清新果香，接著綻放出玫瑰花瓣與林下土壤、淡淡蘑菇氣息。口感柔滑，細緻單寧陪伴明亮的酸度，礦物感與些微香料悄然收尾，整體優雅且有層次。 酒莊與釀造：這款酒來自家族經營的 Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur，風格內斂，重視產地表現。釀造時採取輕柔浸皮與細緻發酵，以保留香氣，並于法國橡木桶中成熟，木桶只是輔助結構，不蓋過果味，讓酒既有立即的可飲性也具陳年潛力。 葡萄園風土：田卡爾凱位於陡峭坡地，石灰岩與黏土土壤排水良好，白天吸熱、晚間散熱的節奏賦予酒款清晰的礦質感與香氣集中度。莊園注重人工修剪與限量採收，造就這種質地細緻、口感優雅的風貌。建議倒酒後醒約45分鐘，層次會更加明顯。

Tasting note: Fresh red cherry and wild strawberry aromas open with floral rose notes and a hint of forest floor—soft undergrowth and subtle mushroom lift. The palate is silky and refined, with bright saline acidity, fine tannins and an elegant spice that carries to a persistent, mineral-tinged finish. Producer & winemaking: From the family-run Domaine Bitouzet-Prieur, this Premier Cru displays the house’s restraint and sense of place. Fermented with gentle extraction to preserve aromatics, the wine is matured in French oak (carefully judged toast) to add structure without overwhelming the fruit. The result is a precise, aristocratic style built for both early charm and medium-term development. Vineyard: Les Caillerets sits on steep, well-drained slopes of limestone and clay that lend a tensile minerality and aromatic lift. Low yields and attentive vineyard work encourage concentration and finesse, giving the wine its characteristic silkiness and clarity of fruit. Best enjoyed with about 45 minutes’ decanting to let the layers unfold.
