Hailing from the legendary limestone hill of Corton, this Grand Cru cuvée is crafted by the visionary Caroline Frey using meticulous biodynamic and organic viticulture. The 2020 vintage captures a spellbinding duality: dense, powerful concentration balanced by an astonishingly cool, mineral core. The nose unfolds with delicate Amalfi lemon peel, angelica fruit, and dried white flowers, underpinned by crushed chalk and gunflint. On the palate, a silky, broad texture is electrified by vibrant acidity, culminating in a pristine, saline, and endlessly energetic finish that will age effortlessly for decades.
