A focused, elegant white from a respected Puligny address. On the nose there’s bright citrus, white blossom and a subtle almond/hazelnut thread. The palate is silky and mid-weight with creamy textures balanced by brisk mineral acidity and a hint of toasted oak. Layers of lemon zest, green apple and a saline, lingering finish make it approachable young yet rewarding with short cellaring. Made from selected parcels on the Noyers Brets slope, vinification emphasizes parcel expression: careful whole-cluster pressing, fermentation and élevage in French oak with lees stirring to build texture while preserving freshness.
