風味筆記：杯中散發紅櫻桃與野草莓的清新果香，夾帶蔓越莓般的酸甜和泥土、林地下層的氣息；微微的烘烤香讓整體更有層次。口感輕盈卻有結構感，酸度明亮，單寧細緻如絲，果味與礦感在舌尖交織，尾韻中等偏長，溫和而有回甘。 酒莊與釀造：這是由Franck Follin-Arbelet掌管的小型家族酒莊，專注於呈現產區「地氣」。葡萄園採低產量與精細管理，人工採收後以溫和手法發酵，控制浸皮以保留優雅與果香，之後在法國橡木桶中陳年（部分新桶），旨在以最自然的方式凸顯土壤與陽光帶來的細微差異。 葡萄園環境與風土：阿洛克斯科通的坡地多石灰質夾黏土，排水良好、日照適中，老藤與精耕細作讓葡萄品質更集中。這款酒既適合較早飲用，也能在未來幾年內展現進一步的細緻度。

Tasting note: Fresh red cherry and wild strawberry aromas open to touches of cranberry, forest floor and subtle iron mineral. On the palate the wine shows lively acidity, silky fine-grained tannins and layered flavours of red fruit, soft spice and a mineral undercurrent that carries through a medium-plus finish. Producer notes: Domaine Follin-Arbelet is a small, family-run domaine in Aloxe-Corton overseen by Franck Follin-Arbelet. The domaine favours a terroir-driven approach, mindful yields and careful selection in the vineyard to express the slopes of Corton. Winemaking notes: Fruit is hand-harvested, gently processed with moderate extraction to preserve finesse, and matured in French oak barrels (a portion new) to add subtle structure and spice without overwhelming the fruit. Bottled after careful élevage to ensure balance and clarity. Vineyard notes: Vineyards sit on classic Côte de Beaune soils — limestone and clay with good drainage and sun exposure on Aloxe-Corton slopes. Low yields and attentive viticulture yield concentrated, site-expressive fruit well suited to early drinking and short-term cellaring.
