2019 Domaine Follin Arbelet Corton Grand Cru
The 2003 Le Corton Grand Cru has an attractive bouquet with raspberry and wild strawberry fruit, fine definition and no signs of that summer’s heat. The palate is medium-bodied and rounded on the entry. Here, the heat is discernible, smudging and blurring the flavor lines. There is good depth but it is missing some focus and finesse.
2019 Domaine Follin Arbelet Corton Grand Cru
The 2019 Domaine Follin-Arbelet Corton Grand Cru is a testament to the classic elegance of Burgundy. With a bouquet that captivates with notes of raspberry and wild strawberry, this wine promises a savory and classic profile. The palate is medium-bodied and rounded, offering a depth that is both impressive and inviting, though it may lack some focus. This wine is best enjoyed after decanting for an hour to allow its complexities to unfold. Pair it with roasted lamb or beef bourguignon to elevate your dining experience.
