Tasting note: Bright and perfumed, this Bourgogne offers lifted aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry and rose petal, underpinned by a fresh mineral thread and gentle spice. On the palate it’s silky and poised — lively acidity frames the fruit while soft, fine tannins give shape without weight. The mid-palate unfolds medium-bodied fruit and a clean, persistent finish. Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted to highlight purity of fruit.
