The palate is medium-bodied with bright, precise acidity and silky, fine-grained tannins; mineral and slightly savory on the finish. Producer Notes: From Domaine Nudant, a focused family domaine in Ladoix known for classic Burgundian expression and careful vineyard work. Les Buis Premier Cru here shows the locality’s cooler slopes and stony soils translated into tension and clarity. Winemaking Notes: Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with gentle extraction to preserve aromatics and finesse. Fermentation on natural yeasts with moderate maceration, followed by élevage in French oak for roughly 12–16 months (limited new oak) to integrate structure without overpowering fruit.
