The 2017 Domaine Ramonet Bourgogne Aligote is a testament to the finesse that Burgundy's lesser-known Aligote grape can achieve. This wine exudes a crisp and refreshing character, with a flinty minerality that dances on the palate. Notes of green apple and a hint of citrus provide a zesty freshness, making it an excellent companion to a variety of dishes. A brief decanting of 30 minutes will allow its vibrant aromas to fully unfold. Pair this delightful white with fresh seafood, a tangy goat cheese salad, or even some delicate sushi to enhance your dining experience.
