2012 Domaine Ramonet Bouzeron

The 2012 Domaine Ramonet Bouzeron is a testament to the finesse that the Cote Chalonnaise region can produce. This pale straw-colored wine exudes a bouquet of citrus, floral blossom, and green melon, inviting you to take a sip. On the palate, it presents tart citrus and melon flavors that are balanced by a nice weight and sharp acidity, leading to a crisp finish. While already expressive, this wine will continue to evolve with additional cellaring. A brief decanting of 30 minutes is recommended to allow the wine to fully express its complexity. Pair it with a goat cheese salad, grilled white fish, or a succulent roast chicken to elevate your dining experience.
