2019 Domaine Ramonet Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriottes

The 2019 Domaine Ramonet La Boudriotte is a testament to the elegance and complexity that Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru can offer. This wine exudes a buttery richness, layered with citrus and mineral notes, indicative of its esteemed terroir. The oak influence is present but well-integrated, adding depth to the wine's profile. With a moderate decanting time of 30 minutes, this wine opens up beautifully, revealing its intricate flavors. It pairs exceptionally well with dishes like grilled sea bass, roast chicken, creamy lobster risotto, and can stand up to the flavors of mature cheeses.
