品飲筆記:這款2023年產自羅伯葛菲的小酒莊,散發清新紅果與花香:紅櫻桃、野草莓、帶點蔓越莓的酸香,並有一抹森林土壤的氣息。入口中等偏輕的酒體,酸度鮮明,單寧細緻如絲,香料與礦物感在尾韻慢慢浮現,整體優雅且帶有延展性。 酒莊與田地:羅伯葛菲為家族經營的科特多堡酒莊,重視出自不同小地塊的風土差異,田間以適度產量與細心管理保持果實純淨。葡萄園多位於石灰岩地層,賦予酒款清晰的礦物輪廓與緊緻酸度。 釀造與風味:在釀造上追求低干預與平衡感,發酵與陳放時對新橡木用量掌握克制,讓果香和土地氣息得以主導。整體酒感輕盈好飲,年輕時便能表現迷人果香,短中期陳放會展現更多細節與深度。 搭配建議:推薦先醒45分鐘,搭烤鴨、菌菇類料理、白肉或細緻紅肉佳餚。

Tasting note: Bright, perfumed and classically Burgundian — the 2023 shows delicate red cherry, wild strawberry and cranberry on the nose, with rose petal and a hint of forest floor. On the palate it is medium-bodied and lithe: fresh red fruits lead, supported by bright acidity, fine-grained tannins and a subtle spicy/mineral thread that carries through to a poised finish. Producer notes: From the family-run Robert Groffier estate in the Côte d'Or, this bottling reflects a focus on terroir and balance. The domaine crafts wines with attention to site expression and freshness, aiming for elegance rather than extraction. Winemaking notes: Fermentation is handled with care to preserve aromatic lift and purity; maturation takes place in French oak with restrained use of new wood so that fruit and minerality remain front and centre. Gentle élevage and light filtration result in a wine that is approachable young but will reward short cellar aging. Vineyard notes: Grapes are sourced from Côte d'Or sites where limestone-influenced soils provide tension and mineral clarity. Vineyards are managed for moderate yields to concentrate flavor while keeping natural acidity and lift. Serving: Best opened and gently decanted for around 45 minutes to reveal layers. Serve slightly below room temperature. Drinking window: 2027–2034.
