The 2017 Domaine Vincent & Francois Jouard Les Chaumees Clos de la Truffiere is an exquisite expression from Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru. It greets the senses with a youthful bouquet of preserved lemon and toasted nuts, elegantly framed by a whisper of light reduction and a skillful touch of new oak. On the palate, this wine presents a cool, medium-full body with a tensile structure, unfolding into a deep, saline mid-palate and a glossy, textural attack. With a potential to delight for over a decade, this wine is a testament to the finesse of Burgundian craftsmanship.
