Tasting note

這款盧加納呈現清透的稻草黃,入口鮮明爽脆:檸檬皮、白色果實與白花香交織,尾韻帶一抹細緻的礦質與杏仁微苦。葡萄來自加爾達湖北岸低丘地帶,海拔約50公尺,土壤為冰磧沉積的黏土石灰質,田間全面覆草,採用改良的維羅納棚架栽培,生產葡藤年齡約20–30年,植株密度約3000株/公頃。 釀造上強調純淨與鮮度:去梗後輕柔壓榨,於14–16°C不接觸果皮發酵,不經橡木桶,於不鏽鋼槽中保存,以蛋白與酒石穩定處理。口感清爽但中段略帶圓潤,酸度活躍,非常適合搭配海鮮、生魚片、檸檬風味的義大利麵或清爽沙拉。建議冰鎮後飲用,醒15分鐘可讓香氣更開放。

Bright and approachable, this Lugana offers a straw-yellow hue and a delicate aromatic profile of white-fleshed fruit, citrus zest and floral lift. Sourced from vineyards on the southern shore of Lake Garda, the sites sit about 50 metres above sea level on light clay–limestone soils of morainic origin. Vines are trained on a modified Veronese pergola, grassed cover crops are maintained and producing vineyards average 20–30 years old. Harvest takes place mid to late September. Winemaking is focused on freshness: grapes are de-stemmed, gently pressed and fermented on the clean juice at controlled temperatures (14–16°C) in stainless steel, with protein and tartaric stabilization and no oak influence. The result is an unoaked, crisp wine with lively acidity, a mineral backbone and a clean, persistent finish. Serve well-chilled (8–10°C); brief aeration of around 15 minutes can open the aromatics. A versatile match for seafood, light pasta and fresh salads.

Domini Veneti is the label behind this approachable Lugana and is part of the Cantina Valpolicella Negrar group. The producer sources fruit from the classic Lugana belt on Lake Garda’s southern shores and focuses on clean, varietal-driven white wines made with modern cellar techniques — temperature-controlled fermentation in steel, gentle handling and minimal intervention to preserve freshness and site expression.
