Bright and precise, this Extra Brut from the 2018 vintage opens with lifted lemon zest, green apple and a fine brioche note from extended lees ageing. The mousse is delicate and persistent; the palate is driven by vivid acidity, a saline minerality and a toasted, autolytic backbone that keeps the finish long and refreshing. Produced by Champagne Elemart Robion using the traditional method, the wine shows restrained dosage and focused structure—perfect as an aperitif or to accompany shellfish and lighter dishes.
