品飲筆記:第一眼是濃郁的花香與成熟果香,接著有香草與肉桂的烘焙香氣,白柚的清新在口中穿插,整體圓潤飽滿、帶有奶油般的質地與礦物提振,尾韻有一抹微苦讓人回味。

酒莊與田間:加布里酒莊以在地產區小塊地塊採買與嚴格分級聞名,從日照充足的陡坡田到排水良好的土壤,刻意控制產量以留住風土特色與濃縮風味。

釀造手法:有選擇性使用橡木桶熟成與瓶陳,並搭配酒泥接觸來增加口感厚度與圓潤度。橡木用量適中,帶出香料與香草感,但不搶走花果本色。

搭配建議:建議先醒約半小時再飲,用來搭配奶油或濃郁醬汁的白肉、風味豐富的海鮮或帶點香料的墨西哥菜都很合適。

The palate is plush and glycerous, showing creamy texture and bright mineral lift, finishing with a gentle bitters edge that keeps each sip lively.

Producer notes: From Gabriel Meffre’s Condrieu selection, this Laurus bottling reflects the house’s blending and parcel selection philosophy: concentrate ripeness while preserving freshness. The estate draws on multiple small parcels in the appellation to capture both richness and vibrancy.

Winemaking notes: Fermented and aged with careful oak influence to lend spice and vanilla notes, the wine sees lees contact to build weight and a rounded mouthfeel. Oak use is judicious—enough to add complexity without overwhelming the primary aromatics—resulting in a textured, hedonistic profile balanced by a bright mineral spine.

Vineyard notes: Grapes are sourced from steep, sun-exposed terraces typical of Condrieu, where low yields and well-drained soils concentrate flavours. Warm ripening gives ripe fruit and aromatic lift while site-driven minerality provides the wine’s spine and persistence.

Serving: Best slightly chilled and given about 30 minutes to open. Ready to drink now; approachable yet structured enough to pair with richer white-meat dishes and creamy seafood preparations.
