2018 Gabriel Meffre Laurus Condrieu Blanc

一開瓶就能聞到月桂花與蜜香花朵的香氣,隨後躍出熟杏、黃桃和水果糕點的果香。酒體圓潤、口感滑順帶油脂感,但並不沉重,礦質感與清爽的酸度平衡整體,入口能感到細緻的杏仁與一抹香草風味,尾韻乾淨且持久。

酒莊與田地:加布里酒莊在隆河產區長期與在地栽培者合作,挑選日照良好、坡地排水佳的老園或斜坡葡萄園,控制產量以換取果實濃縮度與香氣。這些石質、花崗岩斜坡賦予酒款明顯的礦物性與層次。

釀造與風格:採用小心採收與溫控發酵,為保留細緻香氣採取溫和壓榨;部分酒液以舊桶或澱粉接觸增加口感厚度,使整體更為順口、有質感但不搶走花果的清新。建議稍微醒酒(約30分鐘)可讓香氣更開展。餐飲搭配靈活,海鮮、白肉、帶奶油醬汁或帶亞洲香氣的料理都很合適。


Bright and aromatic, this Condrieu shows lifted floral notes of honeysuckle and citrus blossom leading to a core of ripe apricot, ripe peach and orchard fruit with a honeyed thread. The palate is plush and rounded, with an oily, silky mid-palate and gentle minerality that keeps the wine fresh. A touch of spice and toasted almond frames the finish, which lingers with bright fruit and subtle sweetness.

Producer notes: From the Gabriel Meffre stable, this bottling aims to capture the perfume and texture of the northern Rhône terraces while remaining approachable and food-friendly. The house sources fruit from steep, well-exposed sites in the appellation and works closely with growers to control yields and ripeness.

Winemaking notes: Grapes are harvested carefully to preserve aromatics, handled with gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation. A proportion sees neutral oak or lees contact to add weight and mouthfeel without overwhelming the primary aromas. The result is a balanced, expressive white with both freshness and textural richness.

Vineyard notes: Fruit comes from sun-drenched, granitic slopes with good diurnal range — conditions that favour intense aromatics and concentrated fruit. Low yields and attentive viticulture translate to clear varietal character and refined texture.
