Bright and approachable, this Speyside classic opens with fresh pear and green apple, layered with creamy vanilla and shortbread notes. Thoughtfully matured in American oak and European sherry casks for at least 12 years and mellowed in oak marrying tuns, it delivers gentle toasty oak, light dried-fruit sweetness and a long, smooth finish. Distilled using the same Highland spring water the house has relied on since 1887, it’s a versatile, easy-drinking dram — perfect neat, with a splash of water, or alongside a simple cheese board.

Glenfiddich is one of Scotland’s most famous single malt distilleries, founded by William Grant in 1887 in the heart of Speyside. The distillery emphasizes traditional floor maltings in its history, uses the same Highland spring water, and follows a high cut point during distillation to retain delicate fruit character. Glenfiddich 12 is matured in a mix of American oak and European oak sherry casks and is finished by marrying in oak tuns to harmonize flavors.
