釀造與熟成:葡萄以人工採收並在園內嚴格挑選,酒窖以法國橡木桶(約一年前的桶)熟成約12個月,讓橡木與果味融合而非蓋過果香。整體釀造走的是經典、吃得出土地感的路線。
葡萄園環境:來自加隆河砾石(Garonne Gravel)土壤,排水良好,白天夜晚溫差促進成熟與風味集中。這塊土地使酒款即便年輕時飽滿,成熟後也能呈現細緻的礦物與草本調性。

Tasting note: Aromas of blackberry, black currant and a distinct red-licorice note lead the nose, with an undertone of fresh herbs and subtle oak spice. On the palate it is full-bodied and fruit-driven but refined — concentrated dark fruit balanced by silky, integrated tannins and a long, graceful finish.
Producer notes: Echo de Lynch-Bages began life as the second wine of Château Haut-Bages Averous (long associated with Lynch-Bages) and carries the estate’s signature Pauillac character. Historically offered as the estate’s second label, it was rebranded in later years but retains the same attention to quality.
Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested and sorted at the vineyard, the wine was aged for approximately 12 months in one-year-old French oak, giving measured oak influence without overpowering the fruit. The style is classic and savory, with an emphasis on balance and elegance.
Vineyard notes: Sourced from Pauillac vineyards planted on Garonne gravel soils — free-draining, warm gravels that encourage concentrated fruit and classic Médoc structure. This bottling shows the matured personality of Pauillac with depth and a savory, mineral thread.
Cellaring & service: Originally recommended drinking window noted as early 1990s for peak freshness; many bottles are now fully mature and should be gently decanted (about 45 minutes) to lift aromas and separate any sediment.
