This 2012 Joseph Drouhin Marquis de Laguiche Montrachet Grand Cru is a true masterpiece. It is a yardstick by which all other Burgundies should be judged. The wine has a splendid golden sheen and a multitude of aromas to discover. Floral notes of lily of the valley, peach blossom, exotic fruit, honey, grilled almonds, and even exotic woods at times.
