Tasting note

來自沙普提亞 Nevé 經典產區的一款力道十足但細緻的紅酒。香氣先以花香打頭，逐步轉為香草、皮革與微微的香薰煙燻味；口中黑莓與黑櫻桃果實濃郁，酸度帶動整體節奏，單寧細緻而有支撐力，尾韻悠長且帶香料辛香。葡萄園採行生物動力栽培（Demeter 認證），位處陡峭石礫坡地，土壤與日照給予果實集中度。釀造上以低干預保留原始風味，並於法國橡木中熟成以增添結構與香氣。建議醒酒約一小時，搭配烤羊、燉肉或風乾硬質起司最合拍。

A bold Côte‑Rôtie from M. Chapoutier’s Nevé bottling, showing a lavish floral bouquet that soon moves into balsamic, leather and spicy layers. Ripe dark fruit — blackberry and black cherry — fills the mid‑palate, supported by a substantial core of fine, silky tannins and a long, spicy-smoky finish. Produced from biodynamically farmed vines (Demeter certified) and made with gentle cellar intervention to preserve terroir expression; maturation in French oak adds structure and subtle spice. Drink now with decanting or cellar toward the drinking window 2025–2045. Best served after about an hour of aeration.
