Winery

M. Chapoutier 由Michel與Marc Chapoutier父子管理,對園內分地塊極為挑剔。這支來自Les Murets的酒使用60–70年老藤手採果,約一半在600L大木桶發酵並定期拌渣,另一半在桶或槽中發酵,整體在澎渣上陳放約6個月、瓶裝前熟成10–12個月。採用軟木瓶塞封口,保有陳年實力。

M. Chapoutier — Family ownership under Michel and Marc Chapoutier. Known for meticulous vineyard selection in Hermitage, this bottling sources old vines from the Les Murets plot. Hand-harvesting, 50% vinified in 600L wood barrels with regular lees stirring, the rest in vats; maturing on lees for about 6 months and a total ageing of 10–12 months prior to bottling.
