Martell X.O. is a contemporary-classic cognac notable for its powerful presence and long, robust finish. Aged in oak, the spirit shows a golden-amber colour with dark copper highlights and an aromatic profile of spicy black and pink pepper, coriander, fig, walnut and sandalwood. On the palate it is richly layered — ripe red fruits and blackcurrant bud appear alongside dried fruit and toasted oak, delivering a full, silky mouthfeel and exceptional length. Crafted by blending eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne with the rare Borderies terroir, this X.O. balances power and finesse: concentrated flavour, velvety texture, and a persistent, warming finish. Best enjoyed neat or after a short 10–20 minute rest to let the aromatics open; pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, foie gras or caramel desserts.
