【Sommelier’s Notes】Pour and let it rest ~10 minutes. The nose opens with pear and green apple, layered with vanilla pods and a hint of citrus peel. On the palate it’s silky—malted barley and honey up front, white pepper and almond through the mid-palate, finishing with a gentle savoury-smoke and lingering citrus brightness. High charm, medium-plus weight.
