品飲筆記:酒液呈深寶石紅,散發成熟紅果與黑果香調,黑櫻桃、黑莓與黑醋栗交織,伴隨香草、薄荷、白胡椒與微妙的樟腦氣息。口感濃郁但不厚重,單寧細緻如絲,酸度明亮,層次分明且餘韻綿長。

田地與釀造:葡萄來自海拔約350–400公尺、富含石灰質的西南坡地塊。2018 年生長季早芽、春季偏涼多雨、盛夏炎熱乾燥,秋末適度降雨幫助果實達到理想成熟。採收後細心挑選,採鋼槽發酵並強調皮渣浸漬以提色與結構,完成後在法國與匈牙利橡木桶中熟成14–16個月,最後入瓶陳年後釋出。
口感與搭配建議:入口柔順、有厚度但不失優雅,細膩單寧帶出果香與香料結構。建議醒酒1–2小時,搭牛排、鹿肉、燉羊膝或熟成乾酪最為匹配。
Tasting Note: Deep ruby in the glass, this Tignanello shows ripe red and black fruit—black cherry, cassis and wild berry—layered with vanilla, mint, white pepper and subtle camphor. The palate is concentrated and silky: plush, fine-grained tannins are balanced by lively acidity that carries long, persistent flavors to a very long finish.
Producer & Background: From the historic Antinori estate and crafted under the family's long winemaking tradition, the label itself is a design icon dating back to the 1970s. This wine is produced exclusively from the Tignanello parcel, an estate site celebrated for its classic expression and consistency.
Vineyard Notes: Fruit comes from the single Tignanello vineyard (approx. 57 hectares) planted on limestone-rich soils with a south-west exposure at about 350–400 m altitude. The 2018 season brought an early bud-break, a cool spring, hot dry mid-summer and helpful late-season rains, producing excellent ripeness and phenolic maturity.
Winemaking & Ageing: Harvested from late September to mid-October, grapes were carefully sorted and fermented in truncated conical tanks with focused maceration to preserve aromatics, color and supple tannins. Malolactic fermentation occurred in small oak barrels. The wine matured 14–16 months in a mix of new and second-fill French and Hungarian oak, followed by further blending and bottle ageing before release.
Cellaring & Serving: Drinking window extends for decades; decant for 1–2 hours to show its layered aromas and plush texture. Serve with hearty red meats, game or aged cheeses.
