Winemaking notes: Fermented and matured in French oak (6–8 months) with careful lees work — the result is a striking balance of bright citric acidity, flinty minerality and a rounded, creamy mid-palate.

The palate is crisp and linear at first, then reveals a soft lees creaminess and saline finish that lingers. Decant for 30–60 minutes to open fully; excellent now but will reward medium-term cellaring.
