Chateau Margaux — one of Bordeaux's most revered estates (Premier Grand Cru Classé). Pavillon Rouge is the estate's second wine, crafted to reflect the Château's elegant Margaux style. In 1996 the musts were matured in French oak; today the wine shows mature tertiary layers under the stewardship of winemaker Paul Pontalier and ownership by the Agnelli Group.
