Pommery Royal Brut

伯瑞皇家幹型帶著清新的朝氣,入口細緻、好親近。酒液呈淡黃帶綠光,香氣有花朵、青蘋果與檸檬皮的清爽感,伴隨烘焙麵包與蜜糖的溫和香氣。口感上氣泡細緻,質地偏圓潤但活力十足,中段帶出奶油與微烘焙的風味,尾韻有礦物感與清爽酸度收尾。生產上採傳統瓶內二次發酵、手採果實,來自約40個精選村莊的果實在酒泥上陳年數年後才拔塞;沒有橡木影響,劑量屬典型 Brut 範圍,風格友善又不失層次。建議徹底冰鎮後享用,配海鮮、點心或輕食都很合適。


Bright and approachable, Pommery Royal Brut is the house’s signature expression of liveliness and finesse. Pale yellow with faint green highlights, the bouquet opens with floral lifts, green apple, citrus peel and gentle stone-fruit notes, framed by brioche and light honeyed nuances. On the palate it is elegant and lively: fine mousse, a creamy mid-palate with subtle toasty and almond undertones, a pleasant minerality and a clean, tangy finish. Made by the traditional method, hand-harvested fruit from some 40 selected villages is aged on the lees for several years before disgorgement; dosage sits in classic Brut range, delivering friendliness without heaviness. Serve well chilled (8–10°C) as an aperitif or with shellfish, dim sum and delicate starters.

Pommery is a historic Champagne house established in the 19th century and today part of Vranken-Pommery Monopole. The Brut Royal has long been a flagship cuvée, crafted to express freshness, finesse and a convivial character. Grapes are sourced from many parcels across key villages in Champagne, hand-harvested and vinified using the traditional method; the blend includes reserve wines and sees several years of ageing on the lees before disgorgement. The cuvée is unoaked and finished with natural cork.
