Bright and immediate, Rooster Rojo Tequila Blanco opens with lively citrus zest, brisk green and white pepper notes and a finely mineral undercurrent. The palate is clean and focused: citrus and herbaceous tones lead, a touch of light sweetness balances the spice, then a crisp, slightly saline finish lingers. Made by Fábrica de Tequilas Finos and distilled with an emphasis on freshness, this blanco is bottled unaged to preserve vibrant aromatics and a direct, expressive profile. Production highlights include careful maturation of agave plants in Jalisco soils, traditional roasting and double distillation, and small-batch attention through to filtration and bottling.
