田間說明:葡萄來自Tignanello最日照充足的山坡,土壤可追溯到上新世,富含海洋化石、黏土及大量白堊質與泥灰岩,這種礦物質構成讓果實成熟集中、單寧與酸度取得良好平衡。採收期在九月底到十月初,人工分批摘選,追求最佳成熟度。

釀造工藝:進廠後去梗上選、以重力方式入罐,發酵與浸皮階段注重果香與單寧的平衡;酒液轉入新法國橡木桶進行約18個月熟成,並在小桶中完成乳酸發酵,最後分批調配後回桶完成熟成。整體風格是在力量與優雅間取得和諧,既適合眼前品飲也能長期陳放。


A flagship from one of Tuscany’s most storied houses, this 2018 Solaia shows an intense ruby core and a profoundly layered bouquet. Aromas of ripe blueberries and black currants mingle with dried flowers and lavender, while white pepper, mint and eucalyptus add an aromatic lift. Secondary notes of white chocolate, cotton candy and baked dried fruit give complexity. On the palate it is mouth-filling and creamy, with soft, silky tannins that frame concentrated fruit; oak ageing contributes mocha and espresso nuances and a long, elegant finish with a licorice-tinged aftertaste.

Vineyard notes: Solaia is sourced from the sunniest exposure on the Tignanello hillside. Soils date to the Pliocene with marine fossils, clay veins and a strong presence of calcareous rock and marl—conditions that concentrate ripeness and add mineral grip. Harvest ran from late September through early October with careful selection in the field.

Winemaking: Grapes were destemmed, rigorously sorted and moved by gravity into truncated-cone fermentation tanks. Maceration focused on balancing ripe fruit extraction with fine tannin development. Malolactic fermentation occurred in barriques, and the wine aged for approximately 18 months in new French oak; lots were blended and returned to barrel to complete maturation.

Producer notes: Crafted with utmost care, this Solaia vintage emphasizes elegance and length—dense fruit, floral complexity and a polished, persistent finish that rewards both near-term drinking and medium-term cellaring.
