酒莊與背景：這款為三得利生肖系列「兔年」紀念款，屬限量調和版本，由廠內調酒師精心配比，呈現親和且富層次的日本風格調和威士忌，既適合品飲也具收藏價值。

釀造與熟成：採用多款麥芽與榖物基酒調和，於不同類型的橡木桶中熟成以帶出香草、焦糖與烤木香，再經過細緻調配以保留香氣與柔順口感。裝瓶為43% ABV，讓香氣明亮而口感圓潤。

田地與原料：原料來自本地與區域穀物供應商，受日本溫和氣候與乾淨水質影響，最終風格偏向平衡與細緻。酒體對味覺友善，適合慢慢品味，邊聊天邊感受層次變化。

Tasting note: Bright amber hue with copper highlights. The nose opens with honeyed malt, vanilla pod and caramel, followed by candied orange peel, dried apricot and a whisper of toasted almond and gentle smoke. On the palate it is silky and medium-bodied: soft oak spice (cinnamon, nutmeg), warm caramel and a faint roasted nuttiness lead into a long, sweet-spicy finish with lingering citrus zest.

Producer notes: Part of Suntory’s Zodiac Collection, the ‘Rabbit’ edition is a limited commemorative blend assembled by Suntory’s blending team. It celebrates a subtle, approachable style — designed for sipping and collecting — and is bottled at 43% ABV to keep aromatics vivid while remaining balanced.

Distillation & maturation: This is a carefully blended whisky combining house malt and grain components, matured in a mix of seasoned oak casks that impart vanilla, caramel and toasted oak notes. The components are married to achieve a smooth mid-weight texture and a harmonious spice-sweet finish.

Field & sourcing notes: Grains are sourced from selected suppliers in Japan’s temperate regions and blended to highlight the distillery’s signature softness and clean water influence. The final expression emphasizes balance, clarity of aroma and a rounded mouthfeel rather than overt power.
