Bright and concentrated, this Reserva shows juicy density from high-altitude Mendoza sites. Aromas of white flowers, dried apple and pear are framed by a fresh, saline backbone and a touch of gentle oak. The palate is medium-to-full with lively acidity, creamy mid-palate texture and a long, serious finish — think high-acid coastal whites crossed with restrained oak influence. Winemaker selection and reserve ageing add weight and complexity without sacrificing freshness. Best served lightly chilled after a short decant to open up the aromatics; pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, richer seafood and Asian-style starters.
