Chateau du Tertre — a Margaux estate now producing a distinctive white under Vin de France. Managed by Eric Albada Jelgersma and owned by Les Grands Chais de France, the property benefits from elevated gravel outcrops and a cooling stream that promotes drainage and temperature balance. Consultant winemaker guidance and hand-harvested fruit lead to meticulous sorting, whole-bunch pressing and selective ageing (including a notable proportion of new French oak) to create textured, balanced whites.
