品飲筆記:這支Barossa出品的GSM充滿紅果香——覆盆子、櫻桃先行,隨後帶出黑胡椒的辛香與些許乾草本調,酸度明亮帶動整體節奏,單寧圓潤柔和,尾段有李子與烘焙香料的餘韻,餘味帶點鹹礦感。 生產小記:雙手酒莊(Two Hands)由Michael Twelftree掌舵,釀酒團隊以果味為本,追求巴羅沙地區的濃郁果實感與優雅結構平衡。Brave Faces 是款較易親近的混釀酒,既能即刻開瓶享用,也能放幾年讓風味更融合。 釀造方式:分地塊發酵以保留各塊風土特性,之後再行調配使Grenache 的鮮果、Mourvèdre 的鹹香和Syrah 的辛香互補。陳年以新舊橡木混用為主,帶來細緻質感而不蓋掉果香。 葡萄園與田間:葡萄來自巴羅沙多塊成熟穩定的園區,乾熱日間與涼爽夜晚幫助累積風味同時保留酸度。田間管理注重植株平衡與灌木蔭遮,目的在取得均勻熟成與展現這片土地的礦物與香料特質。整體口感順滑、果味飽滿,是下酒或與烤肉共嚐的好選擇。

Tasting note: Bright red fruit leads the way in this youthful Barossa GSM — raspberry and cherry framed by black pepper and a hint of dried herbs. Medium-plus acidity lifts the palate while plush, silky tannins give shape and length; expect a core of ripe plum and spice with a savoury, slightly iron-tinged finish. Producer notes: Brave Faces is Two Hands’ approachable GSM that channels Barossa fruit intensity with Rhône-style composure. Under the stewardship of owner Michael Twelftree and winemaker Ben Perkins, the wine aims to balance richness and freshness — a wine for both immediate enjoyment and short-term cellar development (Drinking Window 2025–2033). Winemaking notes: Fruit is sourced from selected Barossa blocks, fermented parcel-by-parcel to retain individual site character, then blended to harmonise Grenache’s brightness, Mourvèdre’s savoury structure and Syrah’s spice. Maturation is typically in a mix of older and some new oak to add subtle texture without overwhelming primary fruit. Vineyard notes: Grapes come from established Barossa vineyards managed with attention to vine balance and canopy control; warm days and cool nights concentrate flavours while maintaining acidity. Vineyards are tended to encourage even ripening and to express regional minerality and spicy notes in the finished wine.

Two Hands produces a range from approachable single-site expressions to more concentrated, age-worthy bottlings.
