2009 Two Hands Shiraz Ares Barossa (1500 ml)

Soul Hook: A forceful Barossa classic — concentrated, dark-fruited and built to last.

Why choose it?
1) Elite selection -> Shows the top parcels from the estate for exceptional depth and precision.
2) Proven pedigree -> High critic scores and careful oak maturation mean cellar-worthy structure now drinking beautifully.
3) Versatile with bold food -> Rich profile that lifts grilled and game dishes while remaining balanced.

Sommelier's Notes: Dense black-berry and plum layers open to black pepper, dark chocolate and a savoury undercurrent. Toasted oak and cocoa frame the mid-palate; firm, polished tannins carry through to a long, smoky finish. Best served after an hour's decant to let the savory threads relax and the fruit bloom.

Occasion (Pairing Guide): Ideal for a celebratory roast with friends, rooftop BBQ nights, or as the feature bottle for a dinner pairing with red meat and mature cheeses.

Competitive Edge: Delivers near-top-tier intensity and aging potential at a fraction of the price of equivalent Old World icons — concentrated Barossa power with finesse.
