2016 Two Hands Shiraz Holy Grail Barossa

Soul Hook: A Barossa statement wine—dense dark fruit, savoury spice and a chewy, persistent finish.

Why choose it?
1) Single-vineyard focus -> Concentrated fruit and true site expression, not a generic blend.
2) Mature 2016 vintage -> Ready now but built to last—power without rawness.
3) Crafted by experienced team -> Precision oak and structured tannins for food-friendly results.

Sommelier's Note: In glass you’ll find blackberries and blackcurrant compote layered with dark licorice, espresso roast and a violet lift. The palate is full-bodied, dense and focused: medium acidity frames well-structured, chewy tannins that carry a long, mahogany-tinged finish. Best for those who want power with polish.

Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested fruit from a single vineyard, wild and cultured yeast fermentations with careful extraction to build ripe tannin structure. Matured in selected oak to add spice, toasted notes and mid-palate weight without overwhelming varietal character.

Vineyard Notes: Low-yielding blocks in Barossa Valley delivering concentrated berries, warm daytime ripening with cool nights that preserve freshness and aromatic lift. Meticulous canopy and crop control by the vineyard team ensure phenolic ripeness and balance.

Occasion & Pairing: Ideal for celebratory dinners, churrasco nights or slow-cooked roasts. Decant for 60–90 minutes and match with thick-cut steaks, game or mature cheeses to balance tannin and amplify savory notes.

Competitive Edge: Offers Barossa intensity and single-vineyard personality at a fraction of cellar-prize labels—structured enough for collectors, generous enough for the table.
