A focused Rosso di Montalcino from a respected Montalcino estate, this 2019 offers an inviting bouquet of red cherry, ripe plum and violet with savory herbal and earthy undertones. On the palate it shows lively acidity, well-structured yet refined tannins and a medium-plus body that carries concentrated fruit and subtle spice. The balance between freshness and oak-derived warmth gives it appealing approachability now while rewarding short-term cellaring. Producer notes highlight meticulous vineyard selection on Montalcino’s hillside sites, hand-harvested fruit and traditional vinification with extended maceration and careful ageing in wood to preserve fruit purity and structure.
