Chateau de Beaucastel 是16世紀的酒莊🕍,是有機葡萄農👨🏻‍🌾(1950’s年)的先峰,在2001取得Ecocert認證,也是生物動法(Biodynamic)的先驅,早早在1974年便實施。酒莊由Perrin家族擁有,Jacques Perrin被公認為最佳釀酒師之一,在普遍使用化學藥劑的年代,堅持以天然的方式栽種葡萄,不使用任何化學劑,全以手工的方式進行,蜜蜂🐝、甲蟲🐞、雀仔🐦、等昆蟲和動物在葡萄園隨處可見,葡萄樹與附近的環境形成了獨一無異的生態系統,令葡萄樹得到最佳自然的抵抗力。

Beaucastel 的地段氣候由於低雨量🌧️、充足的日照☀️、日夜顯著的溫差, 覆蓋土壤表面的小圓石,是遠古時的石塊,這些石塊日間吸收熱力,晚間釋放到土壤, 使老樹保持乾燥和潔淨,而葡萄園土壤有源於中世紀時代海底沙石🪨,被阿爾卑斯山的沉積土覆蓋著,呈現土壤的多樣性。

酒莊有130公頃,其中75公頃屬於法定CNPD和大約25公頃屬 Cote du Rhone,每年有1至2公頃會被犁土和重新種植,13種葡萄都是劃分開栽種,並分開照料,發展出獨特的個性,🍇Grenache & Cinsault 為酒提供了溫暖、酒色和圓潤感,🍇Mourvèdre、Syrah、🍇🍇Muscardin和Vaccarese 提供了優良的結構和陳存能力,🍇Counoise 與 Picpoul則創造了獨特的香氣,再加上獨特配法,把十三種葡萄混合,釀做出令人驚嘆的佳釀。

Chateau de Beaucastel is a 16th century winery. It is the pioneer of organic grape growers (1950’s). It obtained Ecocert certification in 2001. It is also a pioneer of Biodynamic, which was implemented as early as 1974. The winery is owned by the Perrin family. Jacques Perrin is one of the best winemakers. In the era of use of chemical, he insisted on planting grapes in a natural way without using any chemical. Insects and animals such as bees, birds, etc. can be seen everywhere in the vineyard. The surrounding environment form a unique ecosystem, which allows the vines to obtain the best natural resistance.

The climate of Beaucastel is: low rainfall, sufficient sunlight, and significant temperature between day and night. The small cobbles covering the soil surface are ancient rocks. These rocks absorb heat during the day and release to the soil at night to keep old vine dry and clean, and the vineyard soil is derived from the seabed sands and rocks in the Middle Ages, covered by the sedimentary soil of the Alps which showing the diversity of the soil.
