【Winemaker & Vineyard Notes】Under ownership of Alfred Tesseron and the guidance of Jean‑Michel Comme (with consultant input), the estate pushed toward gentler viticulture in 2010 — increased draft-horse work, meticulous hand-harvests (29 Sept–17 Oct) and élevage in French oak. The vintage saw a late start but a dry, sunny run to harvest, concentrating flavors and ripeness.

【Sommelier's Private Note】Deep colour, a core of dark fruit framed by cool graphite and cedar. On the palate it's linear and long — mid-to-full body, fresh acid backbone and fine, polished tannins that carry a dark chocolate-mineral finish. Decant an hour to let the aromatics bloom; it rewards patience.
