【Sommelier’s Notes】On the nose: sweet orange, cherry and fresh pine needles. 酒廠:Nikka Whisky Distilling Co.(現為 Asahi 旗下)。Nikka 把造 whisky 的工藝帶到 gin 上,使用 Coffey 連續蒸餾器萃取植物香氣,造就較為圓潤、油感的酒體。香料來自日本與海外的農家,偏向山海間的草本與柑橘調性,風格簡潔卻有層次。
