At 15% ABV it’s designed to wake the appetite: sip chilled over ice, top with soda or prosecco for a classic spritz, or use as a zesty backbone in cocktails.

Producer notes: Made by Pampelle Aperitif, this modern craft bottling focuses on single-minded fruit expression—pure, fragrant and balanced. The brand emphasizes careful selection of ripe citrus and small-batch infusion to preserve fresh peel oils and natural bitterness.

Winemaking/production notes: Rather than traditional winemaking, the liqueur is produced by macerating sun-ripened ruby fruit and their peels in neutral spirit to extract essential oils and bright aromatic compounds, then blending with a measured sugar level and water to achieve its rounded, perchable profile. The result is an aperitif with pronounced fruit intensity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Vineyard/fruit sourcing: Fruit is sourced from sun-drenched Mediterranean groves in southern France where warm days and cool nights build concentrated citrus flavours. The emphasis is on ripe, aromatic fruit and careful handling from grove to bottle to retain freshness.
