品飲筆記:1974 年份呈現陳年果乾與蜜餞風味,杏脯、無花果與橘皮蜜餞交織,太妃糖與香草帶出溫暖甜香,烘烤堅果與皮革氣息令層次更顯豐富。酒體圓潤、質地絲滑,入口後慢慢展開香料與沈穩木質感,尾韻悠長。 生產與釀造:滴隆家族自 1893 年開始做起巡迴蒸餾的工藝,酒廠座落於家鄉 Lannepax,依舊保留傳統技法並同時採用兩種蒸餾法(連續與雙重蒸餾),冬季蒸餾可鎖住最理想的芳香基礎。葡萄在溫控下分批發酵與澄清,為蒸餾提供清新、略帶酸度且酒精偏低的基酒。 陳年與酒窖:酒液在各式橡木桶中長期熟成,陳年最久的舊年份甚至放於玻璃罐(Bonbonnes)避光保存,酒窖超過千桶,為細膩而深邃的風味創造理想環境。 葡萄園環境:葡萄園約 45 公頃分為 11 塊地,位於西南法鄉間小村,葡萄栽培由專人全年悉心照護,土地與風土的細微差異透過蒸餾與長年陳釀被完整呈現。
Tasting note: A beautifully mature vintage showing layers of dried apricot, fig and candied orange peel, lifted by toffee, vanilla and warm baking spices. Oak ageing adds toasted almond, leather and subtle caramel notes; the palate is broad, silky and warming with a long, layered finish. Producer notes: Delord’s story dates to 1893 when Prosper Delord travelled the countryside with his alambic. The family estate in Lannepax continues that tradition under Sylvain Delord, combining careful vinification with both continuous and double distillation methods. Distillation takes place in mid-winter to capture aromatic, slightly acidic low-alcohol wines ideal for distillation. Winemaking notes: Grapes are harvested, pressed and vinified separately with tight temperature control, settling and racking to preserve aromatic clarity. The distillates are aged in a range of oak barrels and some older vintages are conserved in bonbonnes in a cellar room nicknamed “Paradise.” Vineyard notes: The estate tends 45 hectares across 11 parcels around Lannepax; vines are managed year-round with meticulous attention to canopy and soil. The result is eaux-de-vie that marry vineyard freshness with extended oak maturation.

Armagnac Delord traces its roots to 1893 when Prosper Delord worked as a travelling distiller. The estate around Lannepax is family-run, tending 45 hectares split into 11 parcels. Under Sylvain Delord the house practices careful vinification, uses both continuous and double distillation, and matures eaux-de-vie in a mix of oak barrels and bonbonnes in old, cool cellars.
