Producer Notes: Latour à Pomerol—named for the tower that punctuates its estate—was bought by Madame Loubat in 1917 and farmed by Établissements Jean‑Pierre Moueix since 1962; the Moueix family officially took ownership in 2024. The estate balances tradition with careful modern stewardship. Winemaking Notes: Fermented in temperature‑controlled concrete and stainless steel vats with gentle, controlled maceration and extraction to preserve purity of fruit. Aged 12–14 months in French oak (approximately 50% new), which contributes spice and structure without overpowering the fruit.
