品飲筆記：這支來自上夜丘的紅酒散發出清新的紅果與玫瑰花香，細緻的森林地衣與淡淡香料作為陪襯。口感以明亮酸度為骨，單寧柔順且細緻，酒體中等偏輕，收結帶有礦物感，整體優雅而不厚重。生產背景：蒙佳謬尼略為家族經營的酒莊，Jean Mongeard 專注於表現園區風土，重視人工採收與低產管理。釀造工藝：採手工分選，溫控發酵並採取溫和浸皮以保留花果香，於法國橡木桶陳年約10–12個月，新桶比例低，讓果味與酸度更突出。葡萄園環境：來自海拔較高、排水良好的石灰岩底土，冷涼氣候幫助保持酸度和清晰的礦物輪廓。這是一款易於搭配餐食、適合立刻享用也能小小陳放的日常佳釀。

Tasting note: A bright, perfumed red from the Hautes Côtes de Nuits with an inviting bouquet of red cherry, wild strawberry and rose petal, edged by forest-floor and subtle spice. On the palate it shows lively acidity, fine-grained silky tannins and a medium-light body, finishing on a cool stony mineral note. Producer notes: Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret is a family domaine managed by Jean Mongeard, known for an attentive, terroir-driven approach in the Côtes. Their Les Dames Huguettes bottling reflects higher-elevation freshness and precision. Winemaking notes: Hand-harvested, gentle extraction and temperature-controlled fermentations preserve aromatic lift; élevage in French oak for around 10–12 months with a modest proportion of new wood to add structure without masking fruit. Vineyard notes: Sourced from cool, higher-altitude parcels in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits with limestone-influenced soils and good drainage, yields are controlled to favor concentration and aromatic clarity.
