Tasting note

來自阿空加瓜山谷的代表作,酒色深寶石紅帶微微緋紅光。香氣豐富,先是黑紅果與熟莓的果實感,接著浮現花香與乾草本、再由雪松、淡淡菸草與可可香點綴,層次分明。口感濃郁飽滿,結構扎實但單寧細緻有彈性,酸度帶來良好張力,收尾長且回味悠長。酒莊以生物動力栽培為基礎,2013年春季霜害造成減產,但生長期乾暖、成熟期涼爽,促成成熟均衡與強烈香氣。釀造上強調葡萄分級與小批次發酵,入桶熟成22個月(67%新法國橡木桶、5%大桶),更塑造出細膩而深邃的風味。建議醒酒約90分鐘以釋放全貌,搭配紅肉或濃郁醬汁最佳。

A compelling expression from Aconcagua: deep ruby with a crimson rim, the bouquet unfolds layers of ripe red and dark fruit—raspberry, cherry and blueberry—woven with floral notes, dried herbs and subtle spice. Secondary aromas of cedar, tobacco, cocoa and clove add complexity. On the palate it is rich and concentrated, full-bodied and structured, with abundant yet polished tannins and bright tension from careful ripening in a cool finish. Produced as a high-end estate wine under biodynamic principles, the 2014 vintage reflects a vintage marked by spring frost that reduced yields, followed by warm, dry ripening and cooler late-season temperatures that lent excellent balance and aromatic intensity. Winemaking included rigorous selection, fermentation in small lots and 22 months of maturation (67% new French oak, 5% in foudres), resulting in a layered wine with impressive depth and a refined, lingering finish. Crafted in the Aconcagua Valley under biodynamic farming principles, the estate focuses on careful vineyard selection and traditional winemaking techniques to pursue wines of great structure, purity and longevity.
