【Sommelier's Notes】Hand-picked parcels from a single block yield a wine of dense black fruits—blackberry, plum and a graphite-savoury thread—then a mid-palate of dark chocolate and espresso. Tannins are firm yet refined, giving the wine a muscular backbone and a long, spiced finish. Best served at 16–18°C after ~90 minutes decanting; cellar-friendly through the 2030s.
