【Sommelier's Notes】Producer Château de Chassagne-Montrachet draws fruit from the famous Clos du Château site. The 2021 shows crisp citrus and green apple up front, white-peach mid-palate, and a chalky mineral thread through a long, saline finish. Fermentation and élevage were handled with restraint: short lees contact for texture and carefully judged barrel influence to add spice and a round mid-palate without weight.
