Tasting note

來自Les Grandes Ruchottes一級田的這支白酒，帶著溫潤又有層次的口感：先是檸檬皮、白桃與花香，接著轉為烤榛果、奶油烘焙氣息與輕微香草。釀造上以桶陳與酒泥攪拌增添奶油感與厚度，但酸度十分活潑，讓整體不顯笨重。酒體飽滿、口感滑順，礦物與鹽感在尾韻慢慢浮現，結尾細緻悠長。建議開瓶後醒約四十五分鐘或倒入寬口杯稍候再飲，能更顯果香與細緻結構。酒莊注重田間管理與低產量收成，坡地石灰質土壤賦予此酒緊緻礦感與優雅的架構。

This Premier Cru from Les Grandes Ruchottes shows the classic Chassagne-Montrachet profile translated into a refined, detailed white. Aromas open with lemon zest, ripe white peach and orchard blossom, then deepen to toasted hazelnut, warm pastry spice and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is rich and creamy, shaped by lees contact and gentle oak ageing: a round mid-palate gives textured weight while a bright mineral line and vibrant acidity keep the wine focused. The finish is long, saline and layered with citrus pith and nutty persistence. Best enjoyed slightly chilled after a short rest in the glass to let the aromatics bloom.
