2023 Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot Bourgogne Blanc

杯色淡金,先聞到綠蘋果、檸檬皮與白色花香,尾韻帶些礦石氣息與輕微烘香。入口清爽、有張力:柑橘與石果鮮明,中段帶點奶油感與細緻黏性,應是融合了淺陳年份橡木與澱粉接觸的效果。酸度活潑,整體平衡,餘味乾淨悠長。酒莊為家族小作坊式經營,重視田間管理與分區採收,採摘時保留果實清澈度,入桶或不鏽鋼發酵以保持新鮮感,再以短期瓶陳整合風味。適合輕微醒酒後飲用,配烤雞、乳酪鹹派、清淡魚類或帶醬油風味的豆腐料理都很合適。


Pale gold in the glass, this Bourgogne delivers lifted aromas of green apple, lemon zest and white flowers, underscored by a flinty mineral note and a touch of toasted oak. On the palate it feels bright and focused: juicy citrus and stone-fruit characters sit on a creamy mid-palate, shaped by gentle lees contact and subtle barrel influence. The acidity gives the wine a lively backbone and a clean, lingering finish. Made by a small family domaine in Burgundy, the wine reflects careful vineyard work and restrained cellar handling—handpicked fruit, cool fermentation and a balanced use of barrel and tank to preserve freshness while adding texture. Serve lightly chilled after a short airing; pairs beautifully with poultry, mild cheeses, delicate fish and soy-seasoned vegetarian dishes.
