品飲筆記：酒色深邃，慢慢打開會聞到厚實的黑果醬、烤李子與藍莓果醬，像在吃一塊帶香料的黑森林蛋糕。香氣裡還有八角、花椒的異國香調、薄荷感與紫羅蘭，既濃郁又細緻。口感飽滿，果味濃郁而豐腴，單寧緊緻却帶點砂礫感，酸度提亮整體，收結綿長且層次豐富。 酒莊小檔案：愛詩圖爾為梅多克著名二級名莊，現由同一世家經營，風格華麗且注重細節，既有傳統框架也保有現代感。 釀造與田地：此酒在橡木桶中熟成約18個月，桶味與果味融合良好。葡萄園位於聖艾斯泰夫，受河口海洋影響，土壤與微氣候有利於成熟而保有結構，人工精選與低產量確保了濃度與陳年實力。喝時若有時間，醒上一段再享受會更有層次。

Tasting note: Deep garnet-purple in the glass, this 2009 reveals layers slowly: decadent black fruit compote—crème de cassis, baked plums and blueberry—over a core of exotic spices and dark patisserie notes. Aromas of star anise, Sichuan pepper and a whisper of menthol and violets lead to a full-bodied palate that coats the mouth with lush, concentrated fruit balanced by firm, grainy tannins and bright freshness. The finish is long and theatrical, with floral and spice echoes. Producer notes: Cos d’Estournel is described as demure yet sensuous; this vintage combines power and velvet, generous fruit and an elegant structure that invites patience. Winemaking notes: The Grand Vin was matured in oak for about 18 months, carefully vinified to preserve aromatic intensity while integrating oak-derived spice and richness. Bottled under cork, the wine shows excellent structure and ageing potential. Vineyard notes: From estate vineyards in Saint-Estèphe on Médoc terraces with a cooling maritime influence, the vines produce concentrated, mature fruit that lends depth and longevity. As a Deuxième Cru Classé under current ownership, care in the vineyard and low yields support the wine's intensity.
