品飲筆記：色澤深濃、漆黑入魂，前段散發紫羅蘭花香，隨之而來是黑醋栗與黑莓的厚實果香，並伴有鉛筆芯、雪茄盒與些許甘草與礦物氣息。口感飽滿，果實濃縮卻不笨重，由細緻但堅實的單寧支撐，酸度帶來清爽的提振，尾韻悠長而層次分明。酒莊與產區：此酒出自歷史悠久的Leoville-Las Cases，屬第二級名莊，其旗艦葡萄園Clos Léoville Las Cases面積廣闊，位於Saint‑Julien通往Pauillac的要道，土壤與坡位造就了這款酒的結構與礦性。釀造方式：9月8日至30日分期採收，低產量精選果實，於法國橡木桶中熟成（約84%新桶），追求細緻的單寧與長期陳年性。整體感受：既有力量又保有優雅，年輕時可透過醒酒開展風貌，長期陳放則會展現更豐富的香氣演變與細緻口感。

Tasting note: Deep, inky ruby colour gives way to an intense, multi-layered bouquet — violet perfume, dense blackcurrant and blackberry, with graphite and cigar-box notes. The palate is concentrated and expansive: sumptuous dark fruit framed by a finely carved tannin structure, bright mineral lift and a long, lingering finish. Producer notes: The Grand Vin is sourced from the exceptional terroirs of the former Léoville estate, principally the Clos Léoville Las Cases near Saint‑Julien, an assemblage long celebrated for complexity, polish and ageing potential. Winemaking notes: Harvested between 8–30 September, this vintage was matured in French oak with around 84% new barrels, producing a highly oaked, structured wine with 14.3% ABV, pH ~3.8 and TA 3.37 g/L. Vineyard notes: Vines come from the estate’s flagship parcels (nearly 60 ha of prime terroir) that yield concentrated, low‑yield fruit and allow for meticulous selection. Drinking window: Built for the long term but accessible with decanting; peak cellaring expected over decades.
